Kelp and Inshore
Guide Trip: Kelp/Inshore Fishing
Within a mile off our coastline exists an underwater world unto its own. As a matter of fact, it's more like being in the middle of the forest than out on the open ocean. Fly fishing here can be like reaching the top of a mountain...exhilarating, breathtaking, and awe striking. The fish who call this kelp forest home are among the hardiest found anywhere on planet Earth. Calico Bass, Sand Bass, Yellowtail, Barracuda, and Bonito, are some of the many species that eagerly await to inhale your fly. Join one of our Captains on this great adventure, and get ready for a fly fishing experience like no other. This is also a great way to view mammals such as seals, whales, dolphins, and a wide variety of ocean bird species. Like we said, it's more like fly fishing in a forest, than out in the middle of the ocean.
