Red Zebra Midge: This is one of the more popular Midge patterns. This fly provides the perfect outline of a Midge larva. Midges are extremely prevelant, and an important food source for Trout, making this an essential fly to carry. Midges also make up 80 percent of a trout's diet, so chances are, they are eating one as you shop for this fly. They are also found in a wide variety of colors and sizes, so having a a full on arsenal of these is highly recommended.
