Washington

The State of Washington is a true fly fishing treasure trove. What makes it such an unique place to fish, is the wide variety and species options available. While the best known fly fishing in Washington is for Steelhead and Salmon in the Skagit and Skykomish Rivers, there is also very good Trout fishing available. Rivers like the Skagit, Skykomish, Methow and Yakima all contain great populations of trout. Washington has a great abundance of Rainbow and Cutthroats that keep the angler satisfied no matter which part of the State that they find themselves in. Throw in all of this together with the beautiful Cascade Mountains, and you are sure to have a great fly fishing experience. Be sure to check the fishing regulations for any waters you plan to fish.
